End page & inside of rear board have been used for simple arithmetic calculations, and are in ink. Print on the front cover is very close to bold & is in red… type. Print on spine is faint. Slight shelf wear to edges. Boards faded. Prior owner's name on title page in black ink & dated 1952. Illustrated in B&W drawings & plates. Strahl, E. J. K. (illustratore).
