Cummings; and Part IX: Queen Victoria, by H. Saxe Wyndham. The Society of Archivists and Autograph Collectors was founded in 1893 but petered out for lack of support in 1900. As Munby noted in "The Cult of the Autograph Letter in England", Thomas James Wise was an active member of the Committee "which also included Walter B. Slater and Otto P. Rubeck, names familiar to students of the Wise saga."
