Bonita encudernación neoclásica, aunque bastante fatigada; plena piel muy rozada, tejuelo, greca dorada en ambos planos, lomo cuajado de pequeños hierros, hilo dorado en cantos, guardas en papel de aguas, cortes tintados; bisagra plano anterior V. II parcialmente rasgada. Interior en buen estado, aunque con papel moteado y levemente tostado en algunas hojas, leves manchas esporádicas. Retrato y 8 láminas fuera de texto a partir de dibujos de J. M. Moreau. Gresset, poeta y dramaturgo, fue miembro de la Academia Francesa y autor de obras de gran celebridad como Vert-Vert o Le Mechant. L`opera è dedicata a Madama Murat (nata Bonaparte). Bella edizione bodoniana in buono stato di conservazione in barbe.
