F. sehr guter Zustand, geringe Gebrauchs- und Alterungsspuren Die vorliegende Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit dem Tragverhalten zylindrischer. einzelgestützter Silostrukturen mit Auslauftrichter unter Schüttgutbeanspruchung auf der Basis einer einfachen konstruktiven Ausbildung des Verschneidung…sbereiches zwischen Zylinderschale und Trichterschale. Diese filigranen Schalentragwerke sind durch einen in weiten Bereichen ungeklärten Wissensstand charakterisiert. Durch die komplexen Wechselwirkungen im Verschneidungsbereich der umhüllenden Schalentragelemente war es bisher nicht gelungen, die vorherrschenden Auflagerbeanspruchungen durch ein abgesichertes Modell ohne numerische Hilfsmittel berechenbar zu machen. Diese signifikante Lücke auf dem Weg zu einem manuell handhabbaren Konzept wird auf der Grundlage einer umfangreichen Parameterstudie geschlossen. Daran anschließend widmet sich die Arbeit den Tragwirkungen dieser Silokonstruktionen. Basierend auf zahlreichen realitätsnahen, d.h. vollständig nichtlinear geführten numerischen Analysen werden diese untersucht und dokumentiert. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt dabei den Wirkungen, die das Versagensverhalten signifikant prägen. Die so gefundenen Erkenntnisse machen deutlich, dass das Durchschlagsverhalten dieser Art zusammengesetzter Schalentragwerke nicht allein mit dem klassischen Schalenbeulen der axialbeanspruchten Kreiszylinderschale beschrieben werden kann, sondern sich durch verschiedene Randstöreinflüsse deutlich von diesem unterscheidet. Da diese zusätzlichen Biegewirkungen mehrheitlich ihren Ursprung in der Grundkonstruktion des Silos und nicht in der Schalentheorie finden, ist eine spannungsbasierte Nachweisführung allein auf der Basis der vorhandenen Membranbeanspruchung nicht mehr möglich. Das vorgeschlagene Bemessungskonzept setzt aus diesem Grunde die Hauptstörwirkungen im sensitiven Auflagerbereich der Zylinderschale in eigenständige Abminderungsfaktoren um. Diese Arbeit soll weiterhin der Unsicherheit in den Ingenieurbüros begegnen, welche sich mit der Bemessung von Silostrukturen beschäftigen. Da weder die aktuelle Normung noch die Literatur ausreichend Unterstützung zu diesem Thema bereitstellt, sind eigene Ersatzmodelle vielerlei Art die Folge. Neben der Ungleichförmigkeit in den Bemessungssicherheiten ist dabei auch das Risiko von individuellen Verfahrensfehlern sehr negativ einzuschätzen.
