Otherwise vg in stiff pictorial paper covers. Originally published in 1931, this version is set in new type and re-formatted. While not the "last word" as the title would indicate, certainly an important contribution to the literature on the classic trick with metal rings.

Staple Bound. Condizione: fair. Book is in fair condition. The staples are heavily rusted and are staining the cover. There seems to be water damage to the top inch and a half of the spine, heavy rubbing to the back cover, staining on the front and back endpage, and small stickers on the front and back endpage. The cover is moderately yellowed and lightly rubbed.
