Condizione: Befriedigend. Leinen Aurelio Rossi hieß eigentlich Vittorio Tedesco Zammarano (1890 - 1959) und war Major, Entdeckungsreisenter und Schriftsteller. Er betrat zum ersten Mal afrikanischen Boden mit dreiundzwanzig Jahren und unternahm von 1921 bis 1929 vier weitere Reisen durch das Innere Afrikas; von den ersten drei nach Belgisch Kongo, in das Gebiet der großen Seen, in den Äquatorialurwald, zu den Wambuti-Pygmäen und nach Französisch-Äquatorialafrika zu den Bambinga-Pygmäen. Der Einband ist äußerst stark verschmutzt und Stockfleckig, berieben. Der Farbkopfschnitt ist berieben und verstaubt, der Farbsprengselschnitt ist seitlich etwas fleckig, davon abgesehen gut. Vorsatz mit Bibliotheksstempel (Deutsche Stadtbücherei Wsetin), die Seiten sind sauber und ordentlich, nur leicht gedunkelt. Mit 28 Abbildungen nach photographischen Aufnahmen und einer Karte.
