Condizione: Befriedigend. Leinen Aurelio Rossi hieß eigentlich Vittorio Tedesco Zammarano (1890 - 1959) und war Major, Entdeckungsreisenter und Schriftsteller. Er betrat zum ersten Mal afrikanischen Boden mit dreiundzwanzig Jahren und unternahm von 1921 bis 1929 vier weitere Reisen durch das Innere Afrikas; von den ersten drei nach Belgisch Kongo, in das Gebiet der großen Seen, in den Äquatorialurwald, zu den Wambuti-Pygmäen und nach Französisch-Äquatorialafrika zu den Bambinga-Pygmäen. Der Einband ist äußerst stark verschmutzt und Stockfleckig, berieben. Der Farbkopfschnitt ist berieben und verstaubt, der Farbsprengselschnitt ist seitlich etwas fleckig, davon abgesehen gut.
